  • I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for making the last 6 years enjoyable living at 655 Mohawk Rd E in Hamilton. The building has always been clean, the grounds maintained. Superintendent Mike has always done his best to make sure that the needs of his tenants were always met in a timely manner. The friendliness of Mike has won the hearts of all tenants. As I take the bus daily to work it is quite convenient that it is pretty much just outside the door. Shopping is also just steps away. In this tenant's opinion, Skyview Hawk Apartments is the place to live.

  • To find a restful and neat residence is not an easy target. This is the intention for any newcomer. Since my family and I landed in Canada, we wondered where we should find a suitable, comfortable residence located near good schools and close to shopping centers. I got the right advice from a friend, who lived in this building for a while. We headed to Skyview Hawk Apartments where we found our demand. From the time we lived in here, we have enjoyed the good neighbourhood, nice services from the management, and the good care of the building superintendent. Shortly, we found the calming and efficient residence we looked for.

  • The building services and its employees have been nothing less than perfection. One of the main reasons for returning to this building is the amount of work and respect your superintendent put in to this building. Mike has been outstanding in his service of maintaining this building.

    Building is always clean
    Grass is always taken care of
    Laundry room is always operational
    And we get great customer service!

  • Fill-out a Tenant Application Form
  • Submit completed Tenant Application Form with Supporting Documentation and Last Month's Rent Cheque to Resident Manager
  • Once approved (2 Business Days) by Skyview Management Head Office, Confirm the Move-in Date with our Resident Manager Couple
  • Provide Post-dated First Month's Rent Cheque to Resident Manager Couple
  • Arrange Moving Services (
  • Arrange Mail Change of Address with Canada Post (1-866-607-6301)
  • Arrange with Local Utilities company for services to be started on Move-in Date
  • Horizon Hydro – 905-522-9200
  • Arrange with Cable, Internet, and Phone company to hook-up your service(s) upon Move-in
  • Bell – 1-866-778-5529 (Internet/Cable T.V./Home Phone)
  • Arrange Move-in Date with our Resident Manager (905-575-3763)
  • Sign Skyview Tenancy Agreement, Confirm Parking Space and Pick-up Keys from Resident Manager Couple on Move-in Date
