We have lived at 23 Harmony Road in Oshawa for seven years now. We originally moved into the complex for the convenience of the amenities, shopping, walking trails and a safe neighbourhood. The appointments in the units themselves were very attractive and the eco friendly heating/ac was also a great feature. We are so comfortable here and I plan on making this my retirement home. The new owners are so friendly and hands on and always there to answer any questions or concerns. They have been concerned with their tenents during this pandemic and kept in touch to ensure we are safe and have the information to help us through. We have lived in our home at Harmony Gardens for 3 years and really love it here. The Superintendents Jean and Jude are amazing. They are quick to respond to tenants and are so friendly and outgoing and go above and beyond our expectations.  Our family was made to feel at home since the day we moved in and there is definitely a community feeling here which is great.  The complex is well taken care of with snow removal in the winter and regular seasonal maintenance. Overall  Harmony Gardens is a lovely place for our family to live.

My family moved into this small complex a few years back, our neighbours are good, our kids played together at the small park in the complex, enjoys our backyard during summer, resident managers were awesome, they were very attentive and gives focus to anything that needs to be fixed, we love it here thats why we call it home.

I first lived at 23 Harmony Rd just over 11 years ago and I was very fortunate to get this unit. Even though they were still working on the geothermal upgrades, my unit was upgraded and they accomadated everyone. Anything that needed to be done was done by the superintendents. I moved back again last year into another unit because I knew it was a great place to live and this place lives up to the standards thanks to Lucena and Jude.

I’ve been living at Harmony Gardens since December 2013 where I met Jean and Jude. They’ve been very friendly and helpful to me since then. I love living here. It’s my home now. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet Val, the Property Manager, who also is the same. She’s very friendly and helpful to me. I have a wonderful comfort level with them all. Thank you!

I have lived in the townhouse complex at 23 Harmony Road South for several years now and for the most part, the complex has been a very friendly, family environment. The Superintendent’s here have always tried their very best to keep the grounds clean of garbage, the property groomed to the best of their abilities and try their best to keep up with the maintenance inside the units. I have always given one hundred percent to assist in any way possible to keep the complex as family orientated as possible. Back in January, the complex was recently purchased from the owners Skyview Management Ltd., and I was able to meet some of Skyview’s management team when there was a walk through my unit and all of them were very friendly. They were very impressed with all the extra work I had completed in and outside my unit to make it feel more like my home then just another rental. The transition of the new ownership of the property has been a pleasant one and I am looking forward to all the future upgrades that management has suggested.
